Client Challenge:
A Russian forestry equipment distributor faced frequent hose cracking issues in winter due to extreme cold. Most imported hoses became stiff and brittle below -25°C, causing system failures in logging trucks and cranes.

SANYEFLEX Solution:
We supplied our R2-1/2” cold-resistant double wire braided hose, manufactured with imported synthetic rubber from Japan and cryogenic inner rubber processing. The hose remains flexible at -55°C and resists cold-induced microcracking.

Results:
After 6 months of winter testing, the hoses showed no signs of hardening or leakage. The client reported a 50% increase in service life and significantly reduced downtime.
