Do your hoses comply with international standards?

Yes. All SANYEFLEX hydraulic hoses meet or exceed SAE J517, EN 853/856, and ISO 18752 standards depending on model. Please check individual product pages for specifications.
What’s the difference between R1, R2, 1SC, and 2SC hoses?

R1 / R2: Standard braided hoses with 1 or 2 layers of steel wire
1SC / 2SC: Compact versions with thinner outer cover but same pressure rating
SC hoses are ideal for tight installations and small bending radius.

How do you ensure quality consistency in production?

We apply a 6S management system, imported wire-winding equipment (Magnatec, USA), and German Mayer braiding machines. All hoses undergo online diameter testing, manual inspection, and final performance checks before packaging.
What is your lead time?

For regular stock sizes, we can ship within 5–7 working days. For customized production, lead time is typically 15–25 days depending on quantity and complexity.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we support free samples (typically 1–2 meters per size), with shipping cost covered by the buyer or using your courier account.
What types of hydraulic hoses do you manufacture?

We offer a full range of hydraulic hoses:
Braided types: R1, R2, 1SC, 2SC,1SN, 2SN,R16,R17
Spiral types: 4SP, 4SH, R12, R13,R15
Textile types: R3, R6, R5 etc.

Do you offer OEM or customized hose solutions?

Absolutely. We support OEM with customer logos, special color stripes, or packaging. We also offer customized solutions for hose length, pressure rating, and outer cover types (smooth, wrapped, plastic-coated) to match specific applications.
Can you provide testing reports or certificates?

Yes. Every batch of SANYEFLEX hoses is tested before delivery. Upon request, we can provide burst pressure tests, impulse test reports, and material certifications to meet SAE, ISO, or DIN standards.
