Port cranes and loaders exposed to heavy rain, salty air, and strong winds often suffer from hose swelling, joint rusting, and mold contamination on rubber surfaces.
SANYEFLEX Solution:
We delivered wrapped cover hoses with plastic coating, specially formulated for anti-corrosion and anti-mold properties. Plastic wrap layer can be recycled and resists saltwater spray.
Results:
Even after 6 typhoon-level storms, hoses remained sealed and corrosion-free. Maintenance team praised the ease of cleaning and external durability.
