Client Challenge:
Hydraulic systems at high altitudes face pressure fluctuations, accelerated rubber aging due to UV, and nighttime freezing. Local suppliers couldn’t provide hoses that stayed stable under pressure shifts.
SANYEFLEX Solution:
We used our 4SH ultra-high pressure hose, with a UV-stabilized outer layer and double-layer middle glue for pressure cushioning. The hose is tested to withstand 70 MPa with no bulging.
Results:
After 4 months on tunnel boring machines, the hoses retained flexibility, had no visible wear, and passed pressure re-tests. The customer extended their order for the full fleet.
