Client Challenge:
An agricultural equipment supplier had problems with hose swelling, surface blistering, and joint corrosion due to continuous operation in humid and acidic environments. Some hoses failed in under 3 months.
SANYEFLEX Solution:
We provided a custom 2SC-3/8” hose with a weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant rubber compound, and an anti-hydrolysis middle layer. Our hoses also feature tight braiding and smooth inner surfaces to reduce fluid buildup.
Results:
After 5 months of non-stop operation in the field, the hoses remained fully sealed, with no external blistering or corrosion. The customer commended the stability and has reordered twice.
